GRAPES: PINOT GRIGIO
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% Vol.
VINIFICATION:
Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes. Selection of the first pressed must at controlled temperature (16°-18°). Ageing in stainless steel tanks on fine lees from 3 to 6 months.
COLOUR: Straw yellow with greenish reflexes.
BOUQUET:
Delicate, with fruit flavors of golden apples.
TASTE:
Harmonious and well-balanced, with a zesty and refreshing acidity.
PAIRINGS:
Fish and shellfish are classic pairing partners with Pinot Grigio. Perfect as an aperitif too.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12° – 13° C.
