VINIFICATION:

Traditional vinification on skins for 10-15 days. The wine is stored for several months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

COLOUR: Ruby red.

Clean bouquet with notes of currants and violets.

TASTE:

Balanced, delicate and persistent taste.

PAIRINGS:

Ideal with meat dishes such as roast and stew.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18 – 20° C.
