Soft cold crushing and pressing of the grapes. Secondary fermentation (Charmato method) in temperature controlled satinless steel tanks.

COLOUR: Bright with silky and fine perlage.

BOUQUET:

Intense nose of pear and fine nuances of acacia flowers.

TASTE:

Good acidity with an excellent balance and persistence.

PAIRINGS:

Perfect with appetizers and fish dishes. Exciting with ham.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6 – 8° C.
