GRAPES: GARGANEGA, TREBBIANO DI SOAVE
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% Vol.
Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature (16°-18°C). Ageing in stainless on fine lees for 3-6 months.
COLOUR: Straw yellow with greenish reflexes.
Fresch and delicate, with floral and fruity notes.
Fresh, mineral and very elegant.
Excellent as an aperitif. It pairs perfectly with delicate seafood, salad, pasta and eggs.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12 – 13° C.
