GRAPES: GARGANEGA, TREBBIANO DI SOAVE

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% Vol.

VINIFICATION:

Grapes are immeditely de-stemmed and pressed with short cold maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature (16°-18°C). Ageing in stainless steel on fine lees for 3-6 months.

COLOUR: Straw yellow with greenish reflexes.

BOUQUET:

Delicate, with fresh white flowers notes (hawthorn, elder).

TASTE:

Fresh, mineral, elegant and persistent, with almond notes.

PAIRINGS:

Perfect as an aperitif. It pairs well with fish dishes, first courses and white meat.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12 – 13° C.
