GRAPES: GARGANEGA, TREBBIANO DI SOAVE
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11,5% Vol.
De-stemming and soft pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature (16°-18°C). Ageing in stainless steel tanks for 3-6 months before bottlig.
COLOUR: Straw yellow with green highlights.
Fresh and delicate with hints of elderflowers.
Delicate and light, with gentle acidity and a bitter finish of almonds.
Very popular as an aperitif. It is ideal with seafood, shellfish, antipasti (Italian appetizers), soups and poultry.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 – 10° C.
